Annual General Meeting

Hi all!

DOUTS will be having its Annual General Meeting in CB11.B2.103

If you are interested in diving, learning more about the club, where the club is standing or would like to be more involved, please come along!

This is a chance to have your say in the governance of DOUTS, be informed of previous and future activities, and vote on committee positions. If you are interested in joining the committee, please either contact the event organiser or come and chat to us on the day. Click here for more information on our committee and upcoming position vacancies.

In addition to any other business which may be transacted at an annual general meeting, the business of an annual general meeting is to include the following:

(a) to confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting and of any special general meeting held since that meeting, 

(b) to receive from the committee reports on the activities of the association during the last preceding financial year, 

(c) to elect office-bearers of the association and ordinary committee members, 

(d) to receive and consider any financial statement or report required to be submitted to members under the Act
